My personal experience with Type 2 Diabetes and how I can help you

 

I have been at the peak of physical fitness as a young man representing Australia in Athletics yet this wasn't enough to protect me from the side effects of thirty-five years working in a corporate environment. Long hours spent at a computer, sugar and carbohydrate loaded snacks and drinks, stress and being too tired to excercise was all going to catch up with me one day. As a younger man like all of us I thought I was bullet proof, this year I learned that I had been kidding myself and a bad diet and poor lifestyle choices will catch up with you.

 

Through a low carbohydrate diet and hypnosis I have been able to break my sugar and carbohydrate addiction for good. My blood sugar is now under control without the use of medication and my weight is continuing to decrease and my energy levels on the increase.
